Message from facilitator:
We'll have a warm up and can look at a couple of simple moves if the group likes, then we'll open the floor for a dance and a roll-around. Donations of €0-15 towards room rental.
For anyone new to it, Contact Improvisation (CI) is a gentle dance technique in which points of physical contact provide the starting point for movement improvisation and exploration.
It is really gorgeous, I don't know anyone who tried it who didn't love it. You don't need to be a dancer or a hippie. No experience necessary at all, you'll be a natural.
